Cancellations, returns and refunds
Charlton Jewellers offers a no questions asked 10 day right of return on all purchases through our website. We understand that for some people buying jewellery, watches or gifts online can be a scary experience so we want to put your mind at rest. If you purchase anything through our site and you want to return it for whatever reason simply return it to us within 10 days from the date of purchase and we will happily exchange it for something else, or refund your money in full, no questions asked. With such a fantastic guarantee we do have a few simple conditions in the unlikely event you want to return your purchase.
You’ll need to notify us within the 10 day period (from purchase date) of your wish to return your purchase.
The goods must be returned un-worn, in original condition – not damaged in any way, and with all supplied packaging (boxes, pouches etc..) and warranty/guarantee cards.
Items that have been custom-made, specially ordered or altered in any way (e.g. engraved) are not able to be returned.
We do not cover the cost of return shipping and are not liable for any damage or loss during return shipment.
You may at any time cancel your order if you simply change your mind. If you cancel an order before it has been shipped we will provide a full refund of the price you paid, by the payment method you used to make your purchase. If the item(s) have already been shipped to you then we will still give you a full refund provided of course that the above return conditions are met.
It goes without saying that we stand 100% behind the quality of our products, and the accuracy of the descriptions provided on our website. If a product needs to be returned due to a failure on our part in either of these two areas, and a mutually agreeable solution can’t be found, we will refund your purchase price in full AND send you a $50 Charlton Jewellers gift voucher by way of an apology for our slip-up.
